Linda Brechko: Linda is co-owner of Charleston Properties GMAC Real Estate.

from the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resources Management after 32 years.
She is active in church where she retired as church organist. She is active

several annual booksales as well as opening night Galas for Friends’ members.

John Brechko: Originally from Binghamton, New York. John moved to the Charleston
area in 1970 after having spent two years in the U. S. Navy, one year of
which involved river and coastal patrol in Vietnam. He received a B.S. Degree
from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University
and later received a MAT and MBA from The Citadel. John taught Math and Science
in the Charleston County School System for 30 years until retirement in 1999.
He then began a second career as a Chemist from 1999 until 2006 when Realtor
wife, Linda, directed him to his true calling as a Realtor. John has been
involved in the construction of 7 personal 2,200 square foot plus homes from
doing the actual construction and sub-contracting to working with a general
contractor on home number 7. His experience in the teaching field as well
as construction is a definite plus when assisting buyers or sellers. Additionally,

Judy Hartin: Prior to becoming a Realtor, Judy had experience being a
business owner for many yearse. She was four times past president of th Pilot
Club of Greater Charleston, Secretary for the Iron Dog Merchant Association
in North Charleston, featured in an automotive industry article in a national
magazine, and listed in Who's Who and Personalities of the South. Judy enjoys
working with both buyers and sellers.

Annalily Johnson: While working in all areas of real estate, Annalily specializes

attended Trident Tech and is now attending Devry University majoring in business

Jennifer Penrose: Before coming to South Carolina, Jennifer worked for county
government in Northern California and has experience in Human Resources. She
previously was a Risk Management Analyst and received recognition for developing
innovative cost saving programs and modeling highest standards. Jennifer
holds a college certification in Human Services and an Associate's Degree
in Social Science from Columbia College in California.

Andrea Salters: Andrea has always had an interest in real estate and has
finally made that interest become a reality! A native of Berkeley County,
Andrea is married to Bruce Salters and has 2 children, Patrick and Ian. She
received B.A. and M.A. degrees from South Carolina State University in Speech-Language
Pathology, and Elementary Administration Certification through The Citadel.

Kimberly Thomas: Kimberly joined the Charleston Properties GMAC Real Estate
sales team in 2007. Her real estate career began in 1988 when she sold new
homes for Wayne Hammond, a local custom-home builder. Today she still specializes
in new homes but has broadened her background to include the mortgage industry.
Her experience as Office Manager for a local mortgage company has given her
an insider’s perspective into the mechanics of lending, and she takes prides
in her ability to secure the best conventional mortgage package for her clients
needs. A Charleston native, she grew up with an affinity for the waterways
and wetlands of the Lowcountry. This led to her 1997 graduation from the
College of Charleston with a B.S. degree in Marine Biology. During the past
10 years Kimberly has worked on cutting-edge science projects such as the
transportation and long term storage of organs, and genetic engineering of
trees. In 2008 she will enter the Citadel to begin an M.B.A. with a concentration
in finance. Kimberly has always enjoyed the outdoors and as a teenager rode
horses on a competitive basis. She remains an avid equestrian, but today
participates in quieter activities such as gardening, scavenging for shark
teeth on the beach, and pampering 5 well-fed, yet demanding cats. A perfect
illustration of Kimberly’s continuing love of nature was her recent wedding
in the Utah desert, at Arches National Park. Despite being 1000 miles from
the nearest beach, she and her husband Robert were wed barefoot in the sand!
Kimberly is a self-professed math geek and thrives on math and logic puzzles,
especially Sudoku. She has been an active member of Pierpont Baptist Church
in West Ashley since 1999.

Deanna Vance: Deanna has been a Realtor in the Charleston tri-county area
since 2001. She started her career in Real Estate in new home sales and assisting
her husband, Realtor John Vance, with marketing and working with buyers.
Due to Deanna’s efforts, her husband and his partner at the time, were consistently
top producers in the Charleston Tri-County area. Her father, Taylor Meeks,
was well known in the Charleston Real Estate market and she learned much
from him. Deanna is a Certified New Home Specialist and a Corporate Mobility
Specialist. Deanna also received the Platinum award as a Quality Service

Jackie White: Jackie has lived in Summerville for 11 years and has 15 years
of sales and customer service experience. She is married and the mother of
three. She is very family oriented and loves helping others. She and her
family love fishing and the great outdoors. Jackie believes that if she has
exceeded expectations, she has done a good job. Past sales, customer service,
and new construction experience help her provide the service that her clients

Carol Zelonis: Carol has several years of comprehensive Human Resources
experience for public and private industries. This has given her the knowledge
and tools to give her clients the best project management and negotiation
skills needed in the real estate world. Carol also co-owned an excavating
company and has general contracted. Carol became a Realtor in 2005. She loves
working with all buyers and recently became an Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR). She has given over a hundred first time buyers presentations on buying
homes. She has also worked with several grant programs with both local and

background in business, Jennifer assists in all areas of managing the office
